Taxacom: Lepidoptera in Somaliland

I am developing a list of insects known from Somaliland and adjacent countries and came across listings of lepidoptera for Somaliland and Somalia in Wikipedia as part of the development of a biodiversity infrastructure for Somaliland.  I would really like to know of any entomologists working there, particularly those collecting and willing to share their collection data via GBIF or OpenZooMuseum (through which one can easily publish data to GBIF).
