Taxacom: Clarification RE e-publication (zoology) - new name has ZooBank LSID (or doesn't), publication does not

OK, thanks thus far, so my initial premise was wrong: the work itself does
not need to display a ZooBank LSID in the electronic version (or such be
embedded somewhere e.g. as part of a hyperlink), so long as at least one of
the included new taxa does. Presuming that to be correct (unless of course
I am mistaken once more), that is not very clear from the Code online :)

But others may have a different view,

Regards and thanks - Tony
