Taxacom: Do we need a new word for Taxonomy?

The idea of changing the word taxonomy reminds me of the 'Red Green Show'
(probably familiar only to Canadians and northern colonies south of the
border) where one might say (to take liberties with the original) "I'm a
taxonomist, but I can change, if I have to, I guess." Apologies in advance.
