[Taxacom] Unnecessary new replacement name

Hi Carlos,

Hesitating to weigh in with so many other better qualified persons than
myself around, but if I understand it correctly, Francisco was suggesting:

 >> Genus *Cus* Author & Author,* nomen novum*
  > > pro *Bus* Author.
  > > Type: *Bus cus* Author, year

> (Francisco:) I would cite this in this form:

> Genus Cus Author1, nomen novum
> pro "Bus Author2" auctorum
> Type: Bus cus Author3, year

If it were me, I would just put Genus Cus, Author & Author, nomen nudum

with the rest in an explanatory note, i.e. "incorrectly proposed as a
replacement name (actually a new genus) for a species of Bus not congeneric
with the type of that genus, does not fulfil Code provision xyz which
states...", or similar.

With apologies if I have missed a place above where someone else has
suggested the same.

Regards - Tony
