[Taxacom] Unnecessary new replacement name

Dear Francisco,
Thank you for your extended support. Please note that I did not intend to
bring to Taxacom the specific case, but a fragment of the specific case
with generalized conditions to get a reply to the question "Would you agree
with calling *Cus* "unnecessary new replacement name" for precision?". I
don't want to solve the specificities in Taxacom but to discuss what is
transferable to colleagues using the ZooCode.
As no one so far has raised concerns on the use of the expression
"unnecessary new replacement name" (given that all conditions are met) and
as you replied to my question with "It would have been a new replacement
name, and certainly unnecessary", I will use the proposed expression in
future cases which satisfy the premises of the generalized example.
I will be in touch about the details directly with you.
