[Taxacom] Autonymy: usage of terms in Botanical Nomenclature

Brummitt may have introduced the term "autonym",
but at the time he did so actual autonyms (the
phenomenon) had already been in the Code for two
decades. And compared to today's autonyms, the
pre-Brummitt autonyms were a lot more problematical.
