[Taxacom] Google Earth 5 solution to performance issues

Since we're on the subject of it, while exploring the new "historical
imagery" feature in GE5 I was surprised to find that what is displayed
by default not only is sometimes not the best image available, it is
sometimes not the most recent one either.  So it is worth flipping
through the old views if they are available.
