[Taxacom] Origin of a name - hanga

Dear Taxacomers,

I would like to ask if anyone could help me with the origin and meaning of
the name "hanga". It was used by Herrich-Schäffer in 1855 for a species of
ctenuchid moth. It is an brown and orange species which type locality is
Brazil. I was unable to find anything about this name, so any help would be
great.
