[Taxacom] Happy Anniversary!

Long, long time ago I was inspired by Richard Zander's "Flora on Line" and
by the TAXACOM to create BEN (Botanical Electronic News) that would inform
subscribers (mostly from the Pacific Northwest of North America) about
botanical happening in their area.

Inspired by TAXACOM and I created BEN in 1991. BEN is still well and alive
and you can check it at
http://www.ou.edu/cas/botany-micro/ben/

It is a greyer than any grey literature, but it's better than nothing.
