Well, strictly speaking we don't have such types, by definition.
As Art 9 Ex 1 makes clear a 'name' with such a type is not validly published
and therefore not a name in the sense of the /Code/ and the 'type' is not a
type.

It looks to me that "... a single gathering of a single species or
infraspecific taxon made by the same collector(s) at one time" is fairly
precise, and certainly quite workable.
