It is very likely, in my humble opinion, that botanical nomenclaturalists have already missed the boat w.r.t. Electronic Publication. In 6 years time they will be presented with a fait accompli and either reword the Code to fit in with what is happening in the real world or be further marginalized in the 6 years after that.
