image analysis software

I compared AnalySIS and Auto-Montage. Auto-Montage was more
expensive, but I purchased it because I know other entomologists who
use it, there is a larger user base of people who can share tips and
information. Syncroscopy is interested in getting feedback from those
users to improve the software or offer advice on how to best use it.

After I purchased Auto-Montage, I had to wait several weeks for my
digital camera to arrive. During that time, Stephen McJonathan from
K&R Technologies, the Auto-Montage vendor, called to see if I was
having any problems with the software. When I did try to install the
software, the CD wasn't able to be read, so I e-mailed McJonathan.
Twenty minutes later he was on the phone, telling me he would deliver
a new CD overnight to me. Very high marks for customer support.

Cheers,

Greg Zolnerowich
