distribution maps

To which I will add the importance of voucher specimens. A dot on a map means little
to a lot of people unless it is vouchered, and the voucher is cited in the
revision.  The importance of citing vouchers cannot be overstated with regards to
doing fieldwork afar under changing circumstances with limited time and funding.
