Dear Don,



You might be aware that PRO data are used as one source of data in the KBOR program review/external review process. I understand that your program is scheduled to go up next year for program/external review. That means, in the next few weeks, we will be using this year's PRO data (calendar year 2016) to build the template you will use for your self-study.



With that in mind - it's in the department's best interest for the faculty to update their PRO and make sure their 2016 data is as complete as possible.



Starting on March 1, we will start pulling PRO data for your department. The specific data we will access includes publications, presentations, awards, and service.  You will have a chance to review all data prior to us posting it in your program review template.



If you could please ask faculty to update their PRO prior to March 1, we would certainly appreciate it!



If anyone needs help with PRO or a refresher training, let me know and we can help.
