[Pols-l] material for Friday's 11am faculty meeting

Colleagues, for Friday's faculty meeting I'm attaching the draft of our 3-year hiring plan for discussion.

Please note that almost none of the language in this document will be included in the online form requesting positions. They simply allow for title, a very short description, pay, etc. The language in the attached document is simply so that we have an idea about what a potential job ad for a given position might look like.

If there is time I would also like to select members for the 2017-18 committees since it looks like we will have one or more P&T cases beginning in the spring.
