Subject: C&D meeting this week and strategic planning update: Response requested by 2/14/2017

Chairs & Directors:

I am including a few drafts of the current College Strategic Plan. All are completely consistent but provide different ways for you to interface with it based on your preference. One is a full plan in the excel spread sheet you've all seen, a second is the same full plan converted to a word document, and third is the same word document that stops after strategies so you can view the first part of the plan in a more visually coherent manner (see request below). Use whichever one you'd like.

For now (until 2/14),  I would like to get any feedback you have but particularly on the Mission, Vision, Values, Priorities, Goals, and Strategies (which can be general feedback or additions, deletions, or edits with track changes). I'm also happy to take feedback on Tactics, Metrics, Strengths, and Barriers but right now these are very preliminary and I'm primarily sending the full plan now so you can get a sense of what it looks like for your efforts on your unit plan (the example unit plans and powerpoint from the last meeting are still on blackboard). Finally, if now is not a good time for you to review this, please know there will be other opportunities later in the semester.

AND MOST IMPORTANT, if any of this isn't clear, just wait until the C&D meeting Wednesday and I will make sure it's all clear.

Finally, the overall timeline has changed a bit so we are providing materials to you all and then later faculty in pieces and incrementally as opposed to the previous timeframe. Please see below and discard any previous timelines.
