Please share this announcement with your faculty members, particularly undergraduate directors and faculty who teach Core Goal 4.1 courses:
KU Core Goal 4.1 workshop
Thursday, Dec. 15, 12:00 to 1:15 PM
Center for Teaching Excellence, 135 Budig
This workshop is designed for faculty and instructors teaching courses that fulfill Goal 4.1: Respect human diversity and expand cultural understanding within the United States. Participants will explore ideas for teaching students respect and appreciation for human and cultural diversity in the US, and develop or refine plans for documenting and assessing students' progress towards achieving this outcome.
Participants will have the option of forming an ongoing working group around these issues.
