Dear Partners,



As the semester is winding down, we are pushing students to submit their research papers. The deadline to submit is February 10, but, since most undergraduates have written papers for classes this semester, we want to encourage them to submit those papers. As such, it would be very helpful if you could ask professors (especially those teaching senior theses courses) in your departments to make an announcement in class about submitting to the URJH. Below is a blurb that professors can say and if students have questions, the professors can direct them to me.



"The Undergraduate Research Journal for the Humanities wants to publish you! Submit your class assignment, independent research project, senior thesis, or art exhibition review by February 10. As long as the submission is on a Humanities topic and is between 2000 to 8000 words, we'll take it. For more information about the URJH and submitting, visit http://urjh.org, or email Savannah Pine, the Editor-in-Chief, at urjh at ku.edu<mailto:urjh at ku.edu>."
