I am pleased to announce a summer speaker in the KU Trade War Lab<https://sites.google.com/view/jackzhang/twl> Speaker Series on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 @3:00-4:00pm CST. Our speaker is Dr. Yuleng Zeng (University of Salzburg), who is presenting a co-authored project with Tim Peterson (ASU) on “Dual-Use Export Control and US Allies’ Sanctions-Busting Behavior.”

I would be grateful if you could make time to attend this talk and say hi to Yuleng next week! Please also help me forward the following flyer and RSVP link to your students and other interested colleagues! I will be asking POLS and IPSR to share the flyer on their mailing lists. All are welcome.
