RE:  Fall Picnic

The Annual Political Science Department fall picnic will be on Sunday, October 2, 2016, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.   The picnic is being held at Clinton Lake, Overlook Park Shelter #1, the same location as in previous years*.   Faculty, graduate students, staff, and family are welcome.

PLEAST NOTE:  Overlook Park does allow alcohol; however, the POLS department is not allowed to purchase any with state or Endowment funds.  Those who want alcohol will have to provide their own and be responsible for any problems if they should arise.

There is a signup sheet on my door; please indicate how many people you plan to bring and what you plan to bring as a side dish (vegetarian dishes are welcome) or dessert.


*DIRECTIONS:  Take Clinton Parkway/23rd Street west to end of road.  Make a right hand turn followed by the first left hand turn.  Continue approximately one-quarter mile to park
