[Pols-announce] alum visit, 10/6 and 10/7

Please join me in welcoming alum Holona LeAnne Ochs, Associate Professor, Lehigh University, to campus Oct. 6 and 7.

Professor Ochs will discuss her recent book at 4pm on 10/6 "Privatizing the Polity"  http://www.sunypress.edu/p-6096-privatizing-the-polity.aspx in the Bookstore, Student Union.

On 10/7 @ noon Professor Ochs will attend a pizza Brown Bag in the conference room to discuss her career since finishing her Ph D. at KU.

All are welcome to both events.

Anyone wanting to meet with Professor Ochs is welcome to contact me.

Also, I hope to have a reception for Professor Ochs on 10/6 at around 6pm at Merchants.
