Dear Community Partners!


The Lawrence-Douglas County Health Department has officially launched the
community Health Issues Survey!


This is a survey that happens every five years and helps set health
priorities for Douglas County. We plan to have the survey available through
November 23.


We’re asking partners to help spread the word by sharing the survey with
neighbors, co-workers, family and friends, and of course, on social media!
Five years ago, 1,500 Douglas County residents took the survey. This year,
we’re hoping for more! Please help us reach our goal.
