The Lawrence-Douglas County Health Department has officially launched the community Health Issues Survey!</div><p style="margin:0px;font-size:11px;font-family:Helvetica">
</p><div style="margin:0px;font-size:11px;font-family:Helvetica">
This is a survey that happens every five years and helps set health priorities for Douglas County. We plan to have the survey available through November 23.</div><p style="margin:0px;font-size:11px;font-family:Helvetica">
</p><div style="margin:0px;font-size:11px;font-family:Helvetica">
We’re asking partners to help spread the word by sharing the survey with neighbors, co-workers, family and friends, and of course, on social media! Five years ago, 1,500 Douglas County residents took the survey. This year, we’re hoping for more! Please help
