Taxacom: a class of errors in Worms (and similar databases)

A similar problem is the way that BHL's automated taxon finder doesn't know
not to look for taxonomic names in publications older than the name.  Of
course, looking for names in bad OCR is not so useful anyway.  Flagging
wide but gappy geographic or chronological ranges and incompatible habitats
might also be automated.
