AFAIK our scans are likely to be scans by individual editors, and there is no main site for the reports.

Someone should compile a full list of the reports if not already available. A partial one is in the lit lists at WoRMS.

There's a lovely slide show online of this unusual expedition to this unusual island. 
I wonder what the islanders thought when the Norwegians turned up (the island is populated & British controlled):
