Taxacom: Superfluous replacement names (Zoo Code)

FWIW, the ICNafp indeed uses "superfluous" or full out:
"nomenclaturally superfluous when published". In a
general database (not restricted to just one /Code/), like
WoRMS, it would seem an option to adopt this generally.
