Taxacom: Vale Stephen Thorpe

This is truly shocking news. Stephen always made incisive, and often
detailed, observations about a range of issues, and always interesting to
read. I for one will certainly miss his participation and feel greatly for
his family and friends. Thank you Geoff for notifying everyone of this
great loss.
