Dear colleagues,

I am VERY grateful for the prompt response received from many of you about my request of two papers. For some reason I was not able to find the 2004 one, in spite of it being more or less available (my bad and my apologies for not seeing it before!). For the older paper I am still searching and hopefully soon I can find it (certainly some suggestions I just received about colleagues to contact should be of great help in getting that second paper).

It is awesome to have such a great community support here, thanks again!
