[Taxacom] ghost moth host plants

Quite some months ago a couple of people responded to my inquiry about
species correct spelling etc for ghost moth host plants, with the offer to
look the list over. Finalization of the list took a lot longer than
anticipated, but it is now complete. However, I cannot locate the contact
information, so if those persons are still interested to look at it, please
contact me off list.
