[Taxacom] Looking for a Xylophagus (Diptera) expert

We collected a Cordyceps fungus that lived on the larva that we guessed was
a Xylophagus/Diptera. We are looking for a dipterologist who could help us
with this identification.
It was on a piece of wood (Alnus rubra?) at:
Canada, British Columbia, Vancouver Island, Victoria, Observatory Hill.
