[Taxacom] Honoring local people

To be more constructive, let's look at the number of times local people are honored. It does matter. The BBC recently published an article (See https://www.bbc.com/news/world-africa-54794298) about Pandinurus awalei, a newly named scorpion. It was a well-deserved honor, one that was appreciated by honoree and, as he is quoted as saying, by many other Somalis. There is room for increasing our recognition of those who assist us, and we should encourage it. But progress is being made. Documenting this might make interesting projects for students of different groups or in different countries. The results would be useful and interesting
