[Taxacom] [iczn-list] is uBio working for others?

Hi David, I see a similar message sometimes, sometimes not. The site seems
to be safe (I am using it at the moment, no obvious problems). If your
browser throws up a caution message, you can usually continue to the site
if you wish to, via "advanced" options or similar. However I do not know
what is going on - perhaps an expired security certificate or something
like this, i.e. an administrative oversight.
