[Taxacom] Zootaxa taken off of JCR

Dear Colleagues,
 
it seems there is a solution how to return JF to Zootaxa and some other taxonomical journals, just to write to the JCR director (a private company) that the idea of suppression without a discussion a problem with Chief Editors was not smart (it does not account specificity of taxonomic work). Suppression of IF for several journal will affect many Universities worldwide, many institutions, a lot of PhD students who submitted their manuscripts to Zootaxa or have already published papers in 2020. Many research groups will not receive grants or will be not able to to write proper reports because of lack of IF publications.
It seems that JCR director is ready to discuss the issue with affected Editors/journals. Guess that individual taxonomists, societies, institutions can/should write to JCR, just to show how significant for us to have Zootaxa and some other journals back to JCR.
