[Taxacom] Ukrainian journal request

I have a request for a pretty obscure item for which I do not even have
full citation information. This is for an article published in 1915 in a
Ukrainian journal with the citation below.

Skalikovskij, G A. 1915 [Phassus schamyl Chr., seine Eier und seine
Raupen.]Bull
Club alpin Odessa.  1913(No. 2): (3-14).
It is possible that the full journal title is Bulletin du Club Alpin
d'Odessa.

If anyone by any chance has access to this and can send me a scan of the
article I would be most grateful.
