[Taxacom] Remark or Remarks

You might consider "Remarks" to be the label of the section of a species
description where ONE or MORE comments, thoughts, ideas, statements,
questions, and other "remarks" can be written. There may even be NO remarks
to include in the "Remarks" section (in which case, I suppose you can omit
the section label "Remarks").

In other words, don't try to figure out whether "one kind of comment", or
"just one sentence", is one or more "remarks", thus avoiding the need to
make a choice between "Remark" and "Remarks" (even one sentence can have
more than one idea in it; I don't know what a "kind" of a comment is
--perhaps it too can contain several ideas, thoughts, questions, ....)
