There is this one in the UK, but the locations are probably not as standardised as you are needing, also the images possibly mostly of topographic or human/built environment subjects: https://www.geograph.org.uk/ ... however it could possibly host the type of images you are thinking of, but only for the UK. I would be interested to hear of other suggestions with a more global focus or application for your region.
