[Taxacom] Using ORCID Identifiers to Capture and Expose Facilities and Collections Use

Some of the comments here give me cause to re-think how I reference the use
of facilities or resources in a taxonomic paper. Next paper I will look at
giving greater emphasis - perhaps as part of the methods section rather
than just in the acknowledgement. For example, I usually acknowledge
facilities that provided camera or microscope resources, but its really
part of the methodology to use those resources and therefore should go in
the methods section. Will definitely give more thought to that in the next
paper.
