[Taxacom] Using ORCID Identifiers to Capture and Expose Facilities and Collections Use

Here is a recent progress report on the use of ORCID identifiers to link publications to research facilities and collections on which they are based.  The system is not operational yet, but promises to be a major advance in tracking the use of biological collections and promoting their importance.
