[Taxacom] Paywall our taxonomic tidbit

Hi Scott,
for taxonomic papers you should look into the "European Journal of
Taxonomy" - they publish open access and free of charge. An additional perk
is that there is no waiting line for your paper because they publish each
one as their own issue. Their current impact factor is 1.312.  I published
a paper there a couple of months ago and had a quite positive experience.
