[Taxacom] Paywall our taxonomic tidbit

While not wanting to prolong this thread, there is at least one Open-Access
journal with no fees to either author or reader.

Diamond Open Access, i.e., costfree for authors and readers alike, as well
as Zoobank registration, is provided by European Journal of Taxonomy (
www.europeanjournaloftaxonomy.eu). The journal is not restricted to

nor to European target organisms.
