[Taxacom] Revision using taxonomic concept approach

Dear Taxacomers:

   This revision explores of the use of taxonomic concept labels to
integrate past, current, and presumably future inferences about this
particular (so-perceived) group (e.g. Figures 1-4). One might think of it
also as a biodiversity database design sketch.
