I suggest using Xper2 (local version) or Xper3 (online and collaborative
editor) . They are quite similar to Lucid, entirely free and very easy
to use.

Xper2 is a free access software available on Windows, MacOS or Linux.
Dowload available on
http://www.infosyslab.fr/lis/?q=en/resources/software/xper2 .

Xper3 is a versatile web platform dedicated to descriptive data
management, interactive free-access key and single-access key generation
It is accessible on http://www.xper3.com/?language=en

For mobile keys, two free solutions :
- Xper3 is accessible for mobile keys with internet.
- Xper2 applications can be exported to be used on mobile (android).
Please contact us for more details.
