Hi Fabio,
Lucid v3.3 is free. I'm not sure of limitations on web publishing, but
using this free version would give you the opportunity to try out Lucid
before committing to buying the latest version if needed.
Another alternative might be to have one user with v3.5 (i.e. paying the
licence fee) & your collaborators working with a csv file template that can
be shared easily and updated, then imported into Lucid Builder for final
editing/ use via Lucid Player.
In that way multiple users can develop the key, relying on a spreadsheet
(e.g. in MS Excel) but not all would need access to Lucid in order to
contribute.
DELTA intkey (Descriptive Language for Taxonomy) might also be of interest.
Hopefully other Taxacomers have some freeware suggestions for you too.
