Neal,if I missed something I apologise. I just know that Pensoft and Lyubo
personally was always on the top of things. If there are any errors this is
a result of absence of Zoobank API. Registration rules for e-only
publications are by far too complicated. The registration must happen
automatically at publication, then, there will be no problems.
