Dear TAXACOM members: My students and I are completing a revision of
*Trifolium
amabile* Kunth *s.l.*, and are in search of a *Trifolium* specimen
collected by Alwin Aschenborn in Mexico. His collection 164 was cited as
the type specimen of *Trifolium rhombeum* S. Schauer, Linnaea 20: 740
(1847). I have written to all herbaria at which I know Aschenborn material
resides, and wonder if anyone can give me any hints about where else to
look. I did searches on JSTOR Global Plants, in IPNI, Taxacom, TL-II,
etc...

If you have any ideas, please let me know!

Thank you very much.

Sincerely,
Mike
