Actually John, the only person libelled here is myself.
Wuster has been libelling me for 15 years!
We did in fact brief lawyers to sue his then Australian-based associate in crime, David John Williams, but stopped proceedings when we became aware that other creditors had been unable to get about 20K from him, including the Qld State Government owed $7500 in fines for extreme animal cruelty and wildlife smuggling convictions and that he had fled to PNG to escape the law.
The problem with Wuster is that he resides in the UK and a judgement here in Australia cannot be enforced in the UK.
John, to claim I am nasty is an insult although as an opinion you are entitled to it.
However if you seek to assert my nastiness is based on an intolerance of lies and disonhesty, I plead guilty.
You will see the the Wuster et al rant, marketed as Kaiser et al, that it is a document replete with lies and dishonesty and the most serious threat to the Zoological Rules in 200 years.
John, your tacit support of this wholesale attack on the rules is in my view beneath contempt.

The way to deal with the problem created by Wuster and his actions is detailed here:

"It seems" indicates that Raymond really does not know with respect to his assertion. In the absence of not knowing to make the expression of such assertions very questionable ethics - certainly distasteful. And if the imputation is incorrect it would seem to be libelous or defamatory to Wuster. Either way, all Raymond is managing to do is to give me the impression that Raymond is quite a nasty nice person.

OK, I looked at the reptile lists and they were woeful.

Seems to me that the taxonomic vandal Wuster has been at someone's ear and ensured about 1,000 reptile species, subspecies and genera are not listed! Not a good result considering this represents about 1 in 10 of the lot!
