[Taxacom] names for non-existing species

Designation of an allotype would seem to be a vexing problem.

Would A.A. Girault's 1924 Homo pernicosus be available?

He gave a very detailed description of the "business woman" as Homo perniciosus in his tirade against such things.

The fact that one could argue it was meant for the permanent scientific record is it is in the same work as some new Hymenoptera taxa he proposed. The title of the work: "Homo perniciosus and new Hymenoptera".
