[Taxacom] names for non-existing species

This (N. rhombopteryx) had always been my go-to example for this sort of
thing, but it was pretty fuzzy as an ICZN-Compliant name because of the
nature of the type designation (i.e., the "organism" depicted by the image
was arguably not an organism at all, and hence not a Code-compliant name).

However, there is a much more recent example that, as far as I know, is much
more plausibly Code-compliant:

Homo sapiens cognatus
