[Taxacom] Ochterlony Valley

Opps, it is OUch.. There are so many spelling variations in India, I don't
need to be adding to them. For instance Avalance Hill is also Avalancee
Hill. There are at least 3 spellings for Gudalur. The name of the
surveyor that the valley is named for and the plantation's coffee
cultivation are well documented in a wide variety of sources. It is the
location that is in doubt. I can find lots of place names that are
mentioned associated with the valley, but no actual location. The deed is
for 45 square miles, and was still intact at independence, it should be
possible to get an actual location?
