[Taxacom] ICZN Opinion 105

Thanks, Adam.  I should have chosen a different genus, but simply 
grabbed one I knew of as a long "eophonius) name.

And, I did make an error in the specific epithet - but this was a 
provisional name, so I can change it at a later date, right?
